How does the process work?

Upon ordering, you will be sent a form to complete. This form will take all the details needed for us to contact Facebook on your behalf, such as email address, type of issue, personal or business account, etc. We then take this information and submit a ticket with Facebook on your behalf.

How long does the process take?

There is no set time frame, as each case is very different. Each support agent is very different, and each case is very different. Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks, though, to get a decision on your case.

Is the service guaranteed to work?

Unfortunately, not, if you watch the video above, I go into more detail on why this is not guaranteed. The main reason, though, is that there are too many variables. Every single case is different, and every support agent deals with this differently. Also, I don’t control Facebook, so ultimately it is their decision on how to handle the request. I can only put it in front of them and urge them to take action.

Why do you charge a fee?

It is merely for my team’s time in raising the support request with Facebook, and then replying to any follow-up questions they may have. As you will appreciate, there are a few hours of work in all of this.
